This quant townhome located in Coeur d’Alene features modern finishes and cool vibes. The vinyl planking used throughout the main living space gives this cottage a modern “loft” feel. We used Shaw’s Harwich 6″ vinyl planking in color, Chestnut, to achieve this look and paired it with gray walls, white trim, and matte finished, dark espresso cabinets.
The kitchen boasts a full linear backsplash by Cronin. The Cronin Blend backsplash in color, Frozen Falls reaches the upper cabinets and wraps the window above the kitchen sink making this kitchen not only, beautiful but visually larger than it really is. The backsplash reflects light and the quartz countertop creates a beautiful contrast.
Down a hallway you will find the master bedroom and bathroom which features a custom walk-in shower decorated in Thompson Tile’s Colour & Dimensions 8×20 field tile and Cristallo Glass in a 1/2×2 stacked pattern, color – Special Gray. Above the vanity features a 3×6 Colour & Dimensions subway tile in glossy Dark Taupe and creates a focal point that is simple yet dramatic. Similar quartz countertops and dark cabinets complete the look.
